Letter Writing

Is this grammatically correct? Thank you in advance for your help.

0 00It was nice seeing you again yesterday. I finished putting together the contact information of the potential businesses. You’re welcome to stop by anytime to pick it up. If you have any vacant properties in ABC, please send them electronically to me. I’ll send them to the CA Dept. of Econ. Dev. and they’ll post your vacant buildings on their website. 00 0-

Is it right to mention 'Thanking you' at the end of a letter. Or Thank you is the right usage.

'Thank you' is correct. 'Thanking you' is wrong.
