Is this grammatically correct? Thank you for your help

Becasue I left in a hurry at the last meeting, would you please tell me when is the next merchant meeting?

I'd say the most common way to ask for this information would be to say

. . . . . . would you please tell me when the next meeting is?

Or better yet,

. . . . . . would you please tell me when the next one is?
