Is this grammatically correct? Thank you for your help

I can't find the contact number of Hall Rigdon and Mr. Manning in the phone books. However, I talked to Ann Wilson, Real Estate Consultant for ES Johnson, Inc. and Romayne Chrisman. They all had told me that it's very different difficult to set a quote in Powder Springs. The quote is varied greatly. They provided with the following information:




- Ann Wilson said if a commercial property is located at the Kroger Shopping Center, the price is about $65/sq. ft. However, if the property is in City town square, it is approximately $35/sq. ft.
