Is this grammatically correct?

Context: Someone asks me if Im interested in donating blood

"I would've loved to donate but unfortunately I cant for a year"

So it need not be present tense like "I'd love to donate blood..."?

I would love to donate but unfortunately I can't for a year. (present)

I would've loved to have donated but unfortunately I couldn't (do it) for the next year. (past)
I would've loved to donate but unfortunately I couldn't have (done it) for the next year. (past)

So when I say "I would've loved to donate but unfortunately I cant for a year"if some asks if Im interested in donating, is that wrong?
