Is this grammatically correct?
This company is not compatible with our standard of work because they do not have anyone to control the work and the workers are just roaming around the site and are not doing job properly.

The first part is fine, but I suggest a few changes in the rest of it: ...control the work, and the workers are just roaming around the site, not doing their jobs properly.
