There are a few mistakes and inclarities in your text.
1) Why the quotation marks? Is "Christina" her code name?If it is her real first name, I can see no reason why you would want to put it in inverted commas.
2) What do you mean by "following"? Either you are tryingto say "following (and in reply to) your question...", or "what follows (below) is the information you requested".

I suggest writing something like this:
In reply to your question, here is the information you requested of me:
Name
Address...
But perhaps a simple version will do:
Here is the information you asked for:
Name
Address...
