Grammar

is this grammatically correct?

Is Yonas still working at our Department? If he is, how long is he going to stay? Is he still updating the available sites & space? I do not want to have a meeting with him and find out that he's no longer with us on the next day and that will not help me anything with the website.

Who is responsible for posting the information online? For example, when we have the information is updated and approved by you, how do we post them?

Hi, I'd say it like this. I've tried to keep your words as much as possible. Is Yonas still working in our Department?
