Is this grammatical
This is a part of the script that was given to me for review. I just want to know if X's dialogue is grammatical and if it sounds natural.
Y: If you think this is the best law school, why are you not studying here then?
X: I would have considered pursuing a law degree at your law school, but I am particularly afraid of the fraternity issues there. I believe you have the same concerns. In fact, I was told that you have the privilege of being closely guarded by certain people whenever you are at the university. Unfortunately, I do not have the fortune to hire a security, so I chose a more secured and private law school.
