Is this gramatically okay?

Hi!

Are the following short sentences gramatically correct?

Relationships with her mother has worsened; mother does not fulfil what was promised and does not bring back to Russia.
She has been forbidden to attend school’s Christmas event with her sister Vicky (due to the religious beliefs of her mother and foster-father).

For some reason this sentence refused to appear in my last post:

I would use the girl's name (plus 's) in place of the underlined 'her', and the girl's name in place of the underlined 'She'.
