Is this gramatically okay?
Hello! Could you please chech this sentence? Is this gramatically okay? Are there any gramatical mistakes?
On September 27, 2010 the plaintiff sent a pretension No. 25 to the defendant stating that the plaintiff unilaterally withdraws from the loan contract No. 77 signed on January 21, 2003 and requesting early repayment of the debt until October 1, 2011; on the day of sending the pretension the debt was constituted from USD 90000.33, including penalty for failure to comply with the contract terms.
