Is this gramatically correct?

I would like start off by apologizing for what happened today when you came over my house. This would have never happen if I was organized. I would hate to lose your friendship because, personally, you mean a lot to me. I assure you that I will conform to organization for this to never happen again. I would like to disclose by saying what happened was because of my inability of being organized.

P.S. I am sorry for the inconveniences my actions caused you.
