Hi.I'm not sure as to  "I am doing" form is often used emphasis?Then how do you catch up this form in daily?

It is not used for emphasis. No.

But it is used very frequently. It can specify what is happening at the current time, what is happening more generally during the current time period, or what is going to happen in the future, so it's quite useful.

On the phone:
— What are you doing now?
— I'm washing dishes.

In a another conversation:
— What are you doing these days?
— Believe it or not, I'm learning to ski.

And:
— What are doing tomorrow?
— Not much most of the day, but I'm having dinner with my girlfriend at 8.

Yes. That's what I meant. They can be used for the future, particularly when the speaker has a plan in mind to do something.

I don't know what you're asking. You'll have to write it in better English. But if you're asking how far in the future this construction, it's as far as it is reasonable to plan anything. I can imagine planning for something as much as a year or maybe two years in advance, so you might have sentences like "Robert is visiting his relatives in Poland next year".

= Robert will visit his relatives in Poland next year.
= Robert is going to visit his relatives in Poland next year.
