Hello!
Is my sentence fluent or there are any changes necessary?

During 2014, public participation in the activities of the Corruption Prevention Bureau has not decreased, and it is clearly evidenced by the applications received from private individuals – during the first half of the year 587 applications were received (in 2012, 982 applications were received in total, but in 2013 – 1033 applications).
