Is this email written correctly (Thank you in advance)

Dear Clair,

I would like to ask you a question regarding our lease because one part was not clearly explained. I would like to ask you do we have a right to terminate our contract with 3 months advance notice of termination? because in page 2 of the contract in a section of (commencement and termination of the tenancy) it was not clearly explained and just mentioned that the tenancy commences on 28/7/13 and one year.

Therefore, I would like to ask you is there any possibility that you can explain in a lease that we can terminate our contract with 3 months advance notice of termination?
