Is this email written correctly? (Thank you in advance)

I found a place very close to Warsaw (8 km), but the person whom I am in contact with, told me she has promised the place to 4 different persons. So I am not sure I will get the place or not.

It will be cleared after I visit her place the day after tomorrow. She told me she is not the only person who would make a decision about who should move to her place. Therefore, my chance is low. Rental price is quite good 2700 PLN but the deposit is quite high (12000 PLN). The duration of the rent is only for 3 months but still is fine for me.
