Is this Email written correctly?

Dear Rita,

I would like to kindly inform you that I have applied for International PhD Programme. Most probably, they will send you an email soon which is mentioned that you as my referee should provide them a recommendation letter about me by filling an online form.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could do this favor to me and provide them the recommendation letter If it is possible for you because the deadline is 23 January 2013

Hi, I suggest this. Dear Rita, I have applied for an International PhD Programme. I gave your name as my referee, so most probably they will email you.
