Is this email grammatically and syntactically correct? Corrections will be appreciated.

Dear Professor,
I am writing to inform you that I had prepared my application package along all necessary documents. But before submitting my application I want to discuss about my research proposal. As I already sent you and research proposal entitled “ABC” in my first email. I want to enquire whether to send the same research proposal along my application package or there is another research topic you want to give me for my PhD studies.
Thank you
Regards
