Is this e-mail wrong?

Hello to everybody!
English is not my first language. Therefore I need your opinion about an e-mail I wrote.
I have been told everything in it is wrong in every aspect.
Please have in mind I was not trying to sound American, Australian, Canadian, etcetera.
I imagine there are plenty of better ways to rephrase my e-mail, but I need to know if I used the correct grammar and sentence structure.

Thank you very much!

Just below, I will paste the unedited e-mail.

Good Evening,

In Company Name, we take very seriously the time of our clients, that is why I want to inform you we have come to a solution to be able to see you in the morning as it is best for you.

The time for the appointment will remain as originally discussed, 11:00 am to 12:00 pm.

Thank you!
