Is this e-mail written correctly
Dear Kay,
I would like to request that if it is possible I prepare all the documents that are necessary for an enrollment at your university. Then, If you can just tell me that I am qualified to apply to your graduate program then I submit my application. The reason I ask is because I have to pay 120 dollars for my application fee. So, if I know in advance that I am qualified or not then I can plan to see whether or not I should apply to your university graduate program.
