Five friends in a bar, about to drink. One of them, Jeff, has just been left by his girlfriend.

Friend: It's good to see you all again. It's been a while. (then) And, Jeff, you promise to tell us if there's anything we can do for you, OK? If you wanna talk or anything.

Jeff: Thanks, but I'm okay, really. You guys don't need to worry.

Is this dialog natural? Would you change anything about it? Thanks.
