Is this correct?Please help

_"I am going to sleep and If you guys are not eating at home then keep all the food in the fridge."(is this correct) or what would be the appropriate sentence ?

No my parents went to meet their friends and I cooked food for them and I left it in the kitchen counter if they will be back they'll eat themselves because I had to sleep.
