Is this correct usage?

The Invitation and Locale are both at one and the same time excruciatingly and exquisitely expressive, depending where you look! I have been making plans to be in St. Louis during the week prior and over Thanksgiving. While it is not possible for me to stay until December 4th, I will be proud to be your shill for a charming decoy "dinner out" over the Holidays that might put paid to her suspicions of a party, if that would be at all helpful. We are anticipating a bit of a visit during that time. Unless of course, it is no longer a surprise by then....your secret is safe with me, but our mutual admiration for The Darlene has always encompassed something of an intuitive perception she can often rather disarmingly possess. It is long since that I have been warming my heart over your love for her too.

It doesn't really make sense. Can you try rewriting it using much simpler language?

This sounds like a historical document -- a personal letter written in the Old South in the times of the Civil War, by an apparently very well-educated writer, likely a woman, maybe someone famous whose biography someone is working on?

If not, it's a dang good imitation!
