Is this correct? Please help!

Tracking down the memory lane.

I can't tell what it means, and it is not a sentence. Perhaps you mean "taking a stroll down Memory Lane", reminiscing nostalgically.

It is not straightforwardly correct, but I couldn't say that it is completely impossible as a "creative" phrase in some context. It is also possible, though, that "tracking" is a mistake, possibly for "trekking". Also, "memory lane" normally does not have an article. More information and context is needed.
