Is this correct? Please help!!
I posted a funny post that I am dieting and working out and my friend posted that I knew that it is not true! Should I reply like this

I think "to do these" is too obvious to mention. It sounds better if you leave it out. Also, the context of a 'funny post' is not formal, so the contraction "I'm" is more appropriate.
