sir its the caption of an ad I seen in newspaper for some real estate project. but i think grammar is wrong rather than 'that make' it should be 'that makes' because its present tense, if i am not wrong kindly explain me

Amenities make . . . a plural subject needs a plural verb.

An amenity makes . . . a singular subject needs a singular verb

Consider He cooks dinner. They cook dinner.
