is this correct expression?

1. I have to buy one tyrenol. I have a headachi.
=> i have to buy on tyrenol have a headachi.

2. I think it seem to be late also today.

2. It's not completely clear what you are trying to say. Possibly "I think it's late again today" (for example, talking about a bus). You probably do not need both "think" and "seem".

As i know, english is dislike duplicate expression.
So i wiiling to delete "i" at 1.

In standard English you cannot delete either "I" in (1).

In casual spoken English you may sometimes hear people say "Have to ..." meaning "I have to ...". I don't particularly recommend that you copy this.

First of all, please remember that the word "I" must always be capitalised. Writing "i" is wrong.

You can say: "I think I'll be late home again today."

Note: in your original sentence you wrote "I think it ...". It seems you meant "I think I ...". Of course, it is easy for anyone to make small typos, but this totally changes the meaning of the sentence.
