Is this correct? Can i make it short?

Please correct beow if its wrong and long

I request you to please arrange 6/7 inches black board along with color chock pieces (Red/Pink), and 2/2 inches magnet board along with sticky pins. I would appreciate if you could arrange it as soon as possible.
