Is this correct?

Please, say if my sentence is correct.

"It is hard to keep living in a small town, where everyone talks about you and your family, which is on the edge of being destroyed."

The "which" clause is modifying "family." I think you meant the city. What is destroyed? You should not use the first comma, but the second comma isn't right either because the clause after it is misplaced.
