Is this correct??

I have some new tops and some pre loved tops worn them just once.

"I have some new tops and some pre-loved tops" is correct. Note the hyphen. (Personally I find the term "pre-loved" enormously annoying, but that's just me.)

"worn them just once" has no grammatical connection to the rest of the sentence.
