Is this correct?

If it is supposed to be a sentence then it must begin with a capital letter. I would prefer to say "... doesn't always have a happy ending".

If it is supposed to be a sentence then it must begin with a capital letter.

I would prefer to say "... doesn't always have a happy ending".
