Dear Kolokoy, It looks fine. You may need a "the" before the name of the account. If the manager has a title e.g. accounts manager, using the title would probably sound more natural. Kind regards, Michael

Generally speaking, it is more business-like to refer to Jane as eg Jane Smith.
