Is This Correct ?

I will be on vacation beginning 26-07-2015 and will return to the office on 28-07-2015, so we can make the conference call after I return on next Tuesday or Wednesday, as you prefer.

As a replay for this :

Can we schedule a conf call next Sunday or Monday so I can tell you exactly what's expected in this project?

By “as a reply for this”, I assume you mean this is the earlier conversation/message. If so, the only correction/change I would make is “…I return next Tuesday… (omit ‘on’). When you want to specify something is to happen ‘on Tuesday’ and additionally want to specify ‘next Tuesday’, you might instead use ‘on Tuesday or Wednesday of next week’.
