Is this correct?

Hi!

is the following sentence (especially the underlined part) correct from the grammatical standpoint?

I certify the authenticity of signature of translator NAME, SURNAME, personal identity number XXX-XXXX.

Can you "certify the authenticity of something" or should it be "I certify that the signature of ...."
