Please be informed that during routine taking of kilowatt meter reading by maintenance personnel at around 2200H, last night at Genset room. He noticed the kilowatt meter designated to penthouse was malfunctioned (no digital number has been shown).
Immediately, MST together with Lead Tech checked the kilowatt meter and decided to replace it but we've noticed that there was no "tagging" on the circuit breaker for penthouse at distribution panels.
With this, for safety reason they've decided to replace it this morning.
