Thanks. What about this sentence: "crowd outside the store where he was shopping in Belgium earlier today" It sounds okay to me but still I'm not a native speaker so I can't be sure

What if I'm using it as a caption, is it okay then? Like explaining what's happening in a picture? + 'the crowd' or 'crowd' I always have hard time choosing which one to use. Thanks again!
