Is this correct?

Conscientiousness, dutiful, punctual are the features (or the characteristics) which are the most important to me.

Conscientiousness, dutiful, punctual are the features (or the characteristics) which are the most important to me. More natural is eg I am conscientious, loyal and punctual. Adjectives are better, in my opinion.
