Is this correct?

"My Work Permit is getting expired by 15 Oct, so do my health card.".

I wanted to say that WP is getting expired and health card is also getting expired on the same day as it depends on WP.

Hi,

Yes.
eg It expires on Oct 15.
eg It doesn't expire on 14 Oct..
