You should not use the informal contraction of do not in a sentence such as this, and it is spelled beneath, but I also think there is something wrong with the sentence on a more basic level. I would rephrase it to: "The managerial task is not simply to delegate all your work to the people beneath you.", or "The manager's task is not simply to delegate all his work to the people beneath him/her."
