Is this correct?

I've heard many people in america saying " exclusive only"? Is it correct?, Isn't redundant?, or Is it accepted... Please help me..

It sounds redundant, but I will need a good example sentence to judge. For instance, 'This offer is exclusive, only available in Connecticut' is a reasonable sentence.
