Is this correct?

Shila is a lazy girl. She likes to watch TV. She does her homeworks quickly.

1)Each "she" means "Shila". We use "she" instead of repeating "Shila" over and over, right?

2)When we are talking about someone and we already mentioned his/her name at the beginning of the conversation, we don't have to mention his/her name again, right? We can use "he" or "she" instead, right?

3)"Romel is a good student, right?", I said.

"yes, he is.", karam said.

"He doesn't sleep during the period.", I said.

"Yes, but I remember one time he did.", Karam said.

Each "he" in this dialogue means "Romel", right?
