Is this correct?

1)She is a docor.

2)He is a vet.

3)he is a teacher

In all of the sentences above we can't take the "a" out of them. It will be incorrect when we take it out, right?

4)They are teachers.

5)They are artists.

Here we can't add "a" after "are" they will be incorrect, right? They are correct just how they are, right?
