Is this correct?

1)His stomach is hurting hm. This sentence means "Now his stomach is hurting him.". It doesn't mean that it always hurts him, right?

2)this book is mine. This sentence means that this I'm the owner of this book, right? We don't have to mention book if we are already talking about it, right?

3)He was walking with his mother. This sentence means that the guy's mother was walking with him, right?
