How would you like this delivery to be made - whether you want to be delivered quantity received or only quantity as per the purchase order?

Our order was 25 pcs of glass coasters, but the supplier delivered 30 pcs.

If I understand correctly you are the buyer and you have received more coasters than you ordered.

The delivery has already been made so I am not sure what you are asking exactly.? Can you try to explain please?

How many coasters would you like us to deliver to you, would you prefer the quantity that we have received from the supplier (30) or only quantity as per your purchase order(25)?
