Is this correct?

This movie helped me determine what kind of girl I would like to eventually marry one day/later on.

You don't really need both "eventually" and "one day". " Your "determine" is not wrong, but "decide" seemed better. Your word order with "eventually" is also not wrong, but my adjustment seemed better.

You don't really need both "eventually" and "one day". You can say:

"This movie helped me decide what kind of girl I would eventually like to marry."

"This movie helped me decide what kind of girl I would like to marry one day."
