Both are correct. #2 is perhaps a bit more emphatic.

#2 would be quite common among the people I know in Canada. I believe that most in the US do not say, "these ones". Just "these".

In the UK, you might hear either "these ones" or "these".

Where I live, if you say "I want these ones", the listener/s would think it is a mistake.
