Is this correct?

Can someone kindly help me to see whether this is right or not?

I saw that ( can I omit "that" here?) your calendar marks (marked?) “day off” on the 20th, so should I ask Ms. Rogers to reschedule the meeting for an earlier time?

Please confirm.
