is this correct?

1. We will issue the LC for PO xxx today and expected you will receive in next Monday. Please prepare the material to avoid any late shipment penalty.

2. After discussed with our top management, we cannot waive you the LC opening cost for PO xxx. The cost you are absorbed in the pervious shipments, but why need argue now? Our customer also charged us the LC opening cost without objection, please note.
