Is this correct ?

Regarding the B/L, except the cargo receipt date which we discussed in the phone in morning. The L/C number is incorrect, it should be xxxx, please advise your forwarder to make the necessary amendment.

I don't know what L/C means, offhand, so I have not extended it. It is not good to use so many abbreviations--
