Is this correct?

My wife has a baby in her stomach.Or I sould say,My wife has a baby in her belly.

I've just read on the net that stomach is used in a colloquial way in some books and TV shows.

Let's wait for more answers.
In the meanwhile, womb is the right word for me, as if using stomach we are telling a lie and if using belly we are not being very precise.
