Is this completely correct?

During the journey to the capital, Enkian and his horsemen greatly outdistanced the slower moving foot soldiers and wagons, until one day Tol and his men met a mysterious rider on the road. The rider used powerful magic to cause all of the soldiers to fall unconscious, except for Tol, who was strangely unaffected. Tol subdued and captured the sorcerer, who then revealed that Enkian and his troops had been taken prisoner. Tol forced the sorcerer to take him to where the marshal and his soldiers were being held captive.
